J’ai commandé en take away, je ne peux pas me prononcer sur l’ambiance, si ce n’est un dynamisme et une rigueur de la préparation à la réception de la commande. J’ai commandé une pokebowl au thon, un vrai délice, la découverte d’une nouvelle algue et du radis jaune, l’ensemble est coloré et appétissant, très agréable à manger par petites bouchées avec les baguettes, j’avais optee pour la sauce soja sucrée, qui, pour moi a mieux mis les aliments en valeurs que la salée. Que dire d’autre… c’est excellent, c’est frais, on peut voir les cuisiniers travailler avec un tarif bien plus raisonnable que dans certains grands restaurants japonais du centre ville. Et j’ai une carte de fidélité! Excellente surprise, j’ai hâte de tester le reste de la carte. On y va pour la qualité de la nourriture, pas pour le décorum, c’est sur.
